I am sorry you are having a rough time today.:( We know how that feels...and are definitely here to offer understanding!
What if anything have you done in terms of treatment/recovery? Medication and/or therapy are the two mainstream go to's for management of anxiety...have you considered or explored either?
self help? If one commits to it, and puts the techniques into practice...this option can be very effective!
