Try to stay off of Google, and away from the catastrophic worst case scenarios.
What is more likely is that you picked up a virus on the heels of your hangover...
...leaving you with days of uncomfortable symptoms.
It could be that you could benefit from some probiotics to help get your gut back in good balance...as it sounds like it is sensitive after the recent events.
Call your doctor if you've not already for peace of mind, but I'm sure you'll be feeling better soon.:)
