I am sorry to hear of the challenges that anxiety is causing you. This is surely a thing that is affecting your quality of life, so you are wise and brave to reach out for help as you are doing now! :)
Great work on recognizing the need for therapy and looking into getting started! I know you will benefit greatly from this treatment option...so do your best to find and get in for sessions as soon as possible.:)
Self help is another valuable tool that you can and should use as part of your anxiety management plan!
