I have heard of cravings, hunger...intense sugar desire with certain Rx's. ..so know you are not alone in this experience.
It is good that you are feeling better in terms of your anxiety struggles...but if the hunger continues to be an issue...perhaps talking to your doctor about
a possible alternative would be a good idea.
The coping mechanism theory could also be a factor (good observation!)...so keeping yourself busy with other activities and self help work may help. Please see our Resources at the top of the main forum page here for great suggestions.
