A few things you need to know about anxiety/panic/depression, it's not a disease, it's a condition, you can live normal once you learn some things that are offered here free, SC can give you many links and they all work, some better for one person and others for someone else. A lot of tools to defeat this subconscious menace. Normally the first panic attack is the worst one you will have, subsequent attacks are normally due to worrying or fearing the next one.
Many of us have had success with CBT, Mindfulness, and therapy of different kinds. In the mean time try not to allow yourself to sit around and worry and wait for the next occurrence just go ahead and live, if you have an attack feel empowered to know that they normally dont last too long, the bad part is we tend to spend a lot of time dreading the next one. I use distraction and it works for me, anything you can do that demands your full attention will do. Peace
