How are you taking your pulse at home? Are you sure it is accurate?
It seems to increase when you are out...like during your visit...and that is good. Does it also increase with activity/exercise?
If your doctor is not concerned with the bradycardia, neither should you be. It is likely just the way you run. Some people run a little high, some low...but are still considered normal and healthy.
Keep working on self help/coping skills to keep your anxiety as low as possible.
Keep talking with us as well...we will do our best to keep you encouraged!
