This is actually how my anxiety problems began back in 2008. One night I woke up to a shaking body with chills, dizziness and nausea. Then before I could even figure what was wrong with me, racing heart came. Then I thought I was becoming sick with stomach flu, but none of them happened as I got better next day but after that, I had similar symptoms on and off daily, also developed insomnia due to fear of falling a sleep.
Yours really sound like an anxiety issue to me but we can't give a proper diagnose because we are not doctors. I totally understand how you are feeling, this is tough. It can be quite irritating to have such symptoms but remember all of these are temporary.
I recommend you to see a professional and get their opinion and if they feel necessary to give you some meds, I say start using them because from first hand I know anxiety meds make wonders on reducing/eliminating symptoms. Also you can talk to them about
therapy options if they give you their diagnose about
