Yes, this sounds like a BGL issue to me.
if you were at only 85 post meal (after your crackers juice and chocolate) then you were likely very low when you felt symptomatic. Do you deal with hypoglycemia regularly?
Having a breakfast with some protein and a complex carb...such as an egg sandwich on whole grain toast...or oatmeal and Greek yogurt could help prevent this in the future.
