Have you tried to go in, and couldn't make it through the day?
...or is this something you haven't yet attempted due to simply the overwhelming thought of going back?
If the latter is the case...you may be surprised just how well you do if you try!
Amazingly, I have almost never had anxiety at work...as I am so distracted from it...and focused on what I need to do. :)
Don't give up! This is not forever. You are working towards your recovery, and will be back in the the game with time.
For now, looking into disability as Cheri mentioned is worth thinking about
