If you have had a recent check up and all is well...then yes, exercise is a great anxiety coping skill!
Find others like breathing exercises (anxious breathing can cause lightheadedness) in our Resources...and consider looking into therapy if it's a possibility for you.
There is help and hope for the anxiety and physical symptoms.:)
