While nocturnal panic attacks are not so unusual. ..if this is a new pattern for you, I recommend ruling out sleep apnea with your doctor who may want to order a sleep study.
If it is just nocturnal panic, learning coping skills and self help techniques is essential...either through therapy, or checking out our Resources at the top of the main forum page here.
