I do think this is a case of temporary breakthrough anxiety...and that you will get past this! Use your coping skills...repeat positive reassuring statements...and stay optimistic!
I also think that you should pursue an appointment with a P-doc as well though...just to get in and get an initial/baseline appointment going, so that you can have your long term plans and goals mapped out with your new management team.:)
You are going to get back on track...this is just a short detour along the road to recovery. :)
