I am sorry you are going through a rough time currently. :( I know how challenging a set back like this can be....as I have been there too.
However, the good new to focus on, is that you were feeling better and gaining ground...
...and you can and will get back to that place again!
Work self help coping skills, and be patient with yourself and the process of recovery. Talk to your doctor about
other treatment options that he/she can help you started with. (therapy/medication)
You will get your footing again soon....and be moving forward once again.:)
