Hopefully you'll be hearing from some of the male members soon...as obviously I can't speak from experience on this specific worry...
...however I can tell you that catastrophizing thoughts regarding physical sensations/symptoms is typical health anxiety territory!
Keep working on your health anxiety self help including positive mantras to keep the negative thoughts from intruding.
All accounts from your dr.s and preliminary results show there is no reason for worry...and your anxiety alone is trying to say otherwise...don't let it take the wheel!
