So i have been up and down. Today is a down day. I feel so weird like my scalp kinda hurts? And i feel tension. I also feel like im super tired(after what feels like a panic attack) without the breathlessness and usual palpitations. What i felt was symptoms then i became tired.
Even now i feel kinda sore from 30mins ago. At one point i almost lost it because it was so terrifying. I really thought i needed to go to the ER but i was telling myself this symptom just came today and its random and everywhere...
Then again im wondering if its because i changed my lifestyle. I workout more now. I cut my carb intake by half. I work alot too...
Thanks for the support in advance. I just needed to rant.
