I am sorry you are having a rough time today.:( I know how difficult this is...especially after having the nice reprieve you were enjoying the last few weeks!
The good news is that you can get back to that good place again....so stay encouraged.
I do believe that feeling hung over is a huge trigger for anxiety. I have been there myself. I don't drink a lot...but am a lightweight...so overdoing it doesn't take much for me either.
I don't get the typical headache always...but rather feel weird/off...sluggish/confused and generally unwell...which can convince our minds that something must be wrong with/threatening our health
Take care of yourself mentally and physically today. Work your coping skills, and get good nutrition, lots of water...and take it easy until you feel yourself again.:)
You will be alright! Update when you can, so we can keep you in support.
