Although I am sorry to hear of your current anxiety. ..it can be an ongoing challenge...
...but the good news is it is one that can be managed...and better times are possible and coming.
Yes! Faith is an amazing help in times of struggle. ..but just as we must see the doctor when we are sick...so we need to also.get help for mental challenges such as anxiety/depression.
So I am.glad that you have your Rx for when you need it...
...and I encourage you to find another therapist who is a better fit for you and your needs.
I also recommend working self help to get the best, all around management approach possible.
