I know how hard it is when anxiety mimics other, more concerning issues...
...however, the facts speak for themselves, .so try to stay focused on these:
*You have had normal cardio test results.
*Anxiety symptoms can be difficult to distinguish from health issues.
*You do have anxiety...so it makes sense that you would not only have some of these symptoms....but that they would scare you...making the anxiety=symptoms=more anxiety cycle.
Use those skills...you will get through this.
