For me, my anxiety tends to be mostly regarding health...so a good one for ME is:
"I am okay, this is just anxiety causing these symptoms."
One that has helped me not to 'future trip' is:
"It is not time to worry about
Another that reminds me that I can get through any current challenge is:
"I can handle anything that comes my way."
These are just a few that have helped me...you can use any statement that calms you!
Keep at it...our anxious brains can be stubborn, but what we tell ourselves has power, so keep practicing this skill.
