I am sorry that you are having a difficult time with your job currently. It must be very frustrating to not enjoy your work and have increased stress as a result. :/
Can you do some research, or on-line career counseling to find out the whole spectrum of options with in your training and vocation? In this way you can perhaps start looking for something that will bring you happiness and satisfaction.
For now...how is you anxiety management plan going? Are you regularly practicing coping skills or attending therapy? If not, I recommend both.
