Hi M25 and welcome!
Thanks for joining us and sharing your story! (BTW your post was concise, thorough and your grammar, excellent!)
I am sorry to hear that the anxiety is trying to return...this is always confusing/disappointing, and we know how you most be feeling currently. :/
A couple of things could be happening right now, and you'll need the help of your doctor to determine exactly what it is.
One, your Rx could be starting to lose efficacy for you. This happens sometimes inexplicably after a prolonged period of use. However 2 yrs. is not a long time in terms of taking a medication....
...so it could be you simply need an increase in dose. Consulting your doctor will help you figure out what your next step should be in regards to your Rx regimen.
Now, as far as other anxiety management methods go...
...what else besides the medication have/are you doing for relief?
If you've not considered therapy and/or explored self help, than I encourage you to do so! Medication can only do so much...and having the tools that therapy/self help will give you helps with breakthrough anxiety, like you are experiencing now.
You can get started right away by checking out our Resources at the top of the main forum page here! We have some great ideas and material there for things you can do on your own to lessen your stress and symptoms.
If you need help in getting started, let me know and I'll be happy to post links directly here that I think would help you the most.
Keep posting with us as well if you find it helpful. We understand, care and support is key!
