I am sorry...I know this is scary.
I think I told you I had high BP when I was pregnant...and it seems the more you will it to come down, the more stubborn it can be.
Maybe try not taking a reading after you wake up in a panic...because, if you think about
it, you know
it's going to be high....and this will only perpetuate the cycle....
...instead, maybe just practice coping skills and try to get back to sleep.
I am glad that you have kids who can be there for you when you need them.
That is a comfort for sure.
Keep us posted while hubs is away, so we can keep you encouraged. I hope the rest of the night is restful...and tomorrow is a better day.
