I am sure this has everything to do with your being sick...and nothing to worry about
in a general sense. (iow, I am sure it won't last)
You are worn out both mentally and physically still...so giving yourself some time to fully recover will be just what you need to get out and back into your routine again .
Maybe take a couple of short/easy walks over the next couple of days to ease back into things.
Be patient with yourself and the process. ..you're going to be fine.
