Yeah, it could have been a short burst of vertigo from congestion in your ears...or a low blood sugar thing, or even dehydration....
Make sure and eat something and drink plenty of water...do your breathing exercises in case it was anxious breathing related...
It could be from any number of benign causes. The important thing is not to let it trigger you into a cycle of more anxiety and symptoms!
