I am so sorry...that sounds rough!
Have you had ongoing issues with your sinuses? Did they check for ear congestion/infection?
The good news is that all of your vitals checked out well...so you can rule out the worries regarding your heart, or other major concerns.
You say you've been struggling with dizziness. While this can definitely be an anxiety issue...have you also consulted an ENT?
Have you tried anxiety medication and/or coping skills for help? To what result?
It is entirely possible that you suffered a nocturnal panic attack last night, causing your symptoms.
Practice breathing exercises and other self help for overall relaxation of the body and mind until you can get in to see your GP.
