I've begun working out seriously recently and have been doing so for approximately two months.
As a kid I suffered from asthma and was often out of breath, but recently, the problem seems to have inverted?
I don't get the "I need to breathe" feeling at all - I've been looking around a bit, but can't seem to find anything related to this, and I have to say that it indeed does seem special...
Explained a bit differently, I don't "need to catch my breath" - the "my body needs air" feeling just doesn't come!
Furthermore, I get a bit dizzy and lightheaded even though I control my breathing, as according to some videos I've watched of professionals online, and I get a slight burning sensation focused around the solar plexus.
Any help as to what this is and how to counteract it is appreciated!
