Hi, and welcome!!! I share your health anxiety in general, though my symptoms seem to migrate. I did go through a season of dizziness and feeling faint. For me, I think something, anything, will initiate the dizziness. And this feeling is probably perfectly normal! But as soon as I have it, my anxiety and brain turn it into something much stronger. It's not fun. But I really think that if there isn't a true cause for the dizziness, that what you are experiencing is something similar. What works for me is to remind myself that brief periods of dizziness happen to everyone! Most just write them off equally fast, and move on. Lingering on the thought, "what caused this", "do I have a brain tumor?", etc...only encourage the feelings to intensify.
Anyway, I'm still suffering in other ways myself, so I'm not necessarily one to advise, but I did want to say welcome, and assure you that you were not alone. Hang in there!
