My week has been a tough one. Had a panic/anxiety attack that I havent experienced for two years. This now has me on the edge of my seat. Trying my best to keep it together... I have work tomorrow and not sure how its going to be. I already have a wierd feeling that im just not going to care about my work. Hope that I see some ligt at the end of the tunnel.

It's been a wild week. I've been settling in more at my new place. Just this weekend I finished doing all the things I needed to do at my place. I just have two more boxes to empty out.

Cleaned the old place one day last week. Need to do some more this week and close out.

I've been very busy with my transition at work.

Lots of stuff going on - but it is all great!

Feeling ehhh....tired of feeling like this daily. I have my first week of fluoxetine down although the amt I'm taking is laughable compared to others. I'm a bit anxious this week as I had a big meeting today that thankfully was rescheduled. I also leave out of town this weekend for a conference that I'm presenting at. Super anxious because I get anxiety out of town.

On a positive note, I am reading this book on anxiety and I feel like it's helping me understand my triggers more.
Panic Disorder & have a hard time tolerating antidepressants.

.25 of Alprazolam (I cut in half)
Currently trying liquid fluoxetine 1mg at a time.

Difficult week on the med roulette. Finding out that I am extremely "med sensitive" and fearful that I will not find the right meds. Depression and anxiety has been high this week. It helps to come up with a "plan" so I am feeling more in control and a little better as of yesterday.

Thank you SC!

Life is really upside down right now. I literally have a NEW everything. New place, new position, new desk at work...

and in addition - license renewals and passport renewals. Good Lordie. Everything is new except my boyfriend, my dog and my parents!
