Hi HA,

I have had some good results with aroma therapy for grounding with mild anxiety...

My oldest daughter uses MM for her anxiety...and though I don't use it myself, I am see the benfits it has for many people.

I also see self help as an 'alternative' treatment that should always be used in any treatment plan!

I hope you find the right tools for your best recovery!

I have had a lot of acupuncture done in the past and found it helpful for a number of things including my anxiety but the downside is it's very expensive.

MM is not legal here in the UK but i'm hoping it will be soon and when it is I will be trying it to see if it helps. What I do know about MM is that you are better using a strain that is higher in CBD and lower in THC is that is most effective for anxiety.

I try not to worry about the future -- so I take each day just one anxiety attack at a time.

Inositol granules have been shown to be helpful in studies, if you have something mild and doesn't need immediate relief.
