I hope you are starting to feel better at this point?
Hang in there...the increased anxiety with your start up is temporary. Within another week or so, the worst will have started to lighten up...and things should seem more manageable.
Dig deep and use your coping skills (and rescue meds!) to get you through the hard parts.
