I am sorry to hear that you're struggling at the moment.
I understand how this feels.
I do hope that you are able to get some help with your pain when you are seen tonight.
Hopefully they can give you something, so you can be comfortable and sleep tonight...
...and then follow up with your doctor, and possibly some PT for ongoing management.
