Glad to hear that you are already noting mood improvement with your Rx...though sorry to hear of your sleep issue.
a good night's sleep is so important, so I understand your concern!
This s/e is usually temporary...and expected, especially after an increase. Your system will adjust with time.
However, if you feel an inability to function with broken sleep, you can ask your doctor about
the possibility of a short acting sleeping pill.
Hang in there, and know this is all a means to an end...anxiety management and feeling your best.
