I am sorry to hear you are suffering with headaches lately. I know how miserable that can be. :/
Anxiety causes tension, which is a trigger for headaches, so Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercises can be helpful...
...but if you are experiencing true migraines, then you may need to have a specific Rx for complete relief. Do you see your doctor or a neurologist for treatment?
