Morning folks.

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

Hibee
I try not to worry about the future -- so I take each day just one anxiety attack at a time.

Hi Hibee and family,

Started my Fall/Winter semester of classes this week. So...busy and tired! Not a bad thing, rather an accomplished feeling with lots of classes and new and returning students. smile

A few rough spots here and there with worries and mood...

...but all in all, life is good and I am blessed. smile

My mind has been foggy more so in the morning. My anxiety is pretty high. I'm trying to take magnesium instead of my ssri and xanax. It helps some but I'm wondering if I'm having some withdrawal from not taking my ssri. I'm gonna try to stick this out because I know I can be anxiety free.

I had to take 1/2 a xanax yesterday and today just because I'm so anxious. sad I was having some irrational thoughts yesterday and I know this is due to anxiety. I've just been praying a lot and talking myself through positive mantras.
Panic Disorder & have a hard time tolerating antidepressants.

.25 of Alprazolam (I cut in half)
Currently trying liquid fluoxetine 1mg at a time.

have a new endo, he a bit of a gruff, butted heads a little we did (i did), but he is on the ball. made some positive med changes.
hooray, the universe coughed up a lovely new and young gp who listened to me!! i mean......!!!! he worried about me body pain and joint pain and brain fog and memory. being tested for auto-immune, finally!! i have key indicators for sle and rhumatoid arthritis. there has been some lyme outbreaks here, although we technically don't have it?!!! but he said this is too long. symptoms he feels not related to ebv either.

H.T.

I am SO glad that you have found new doctors who know their stuff...and that your new GP is a listener...good (and often rare) quality in a doc!!

Happy for you mate! I hope you continue to get the answers you need to manage the overall health/Rx needs/pain issues. smile

Hugs and high fives!

Hey everyone. Doing pretty good. Pretty much fully transitioned into my new position. I haven't done any experiments in two weeks. I'm very happy about that. I have been monumentally busy with my new duties. It's all right however.

I am dealing with a bit of anxiety - just the heart flutters. I am actually going to see my medical doctor on Tuesday. For several months now I have consistently had elevated readings on only my systolic blood pressure. Need to rule out a blood pressure problem.

Hey A.S.,

Elevated systolic is often directly related to stress...so upping your decompression/relaxation exercises (as well as physical exercise) should help.

Glad you are enjoying your new position at work! smile
