Hi Siqnik and welcome back!
Although I am sorry to hear of the current struggles...it does sound like you have made some good strides forward as well...and for that I am happy for you.
I think it is great that you see the need for improvement in your care...and if your therapist continues to seem indifferent (give him another chance, it could have just been an off day!) then I would definitely bring it up to your parents regarding seeking a change.
They may seem to get angry...but you could be misinterpreting their mood, which could simply be frustration at a situation they don't fully understand...or feel they have control over. (it's tough for parents to see their kids go through tough times...and sometimes we act weird because we don't know how to process our feelings well)
Be sure you are doing all you can with your own self help practices daily...
...and keep us posted as to how things are going with your and your progress, so we can keep you cheered on!
