extreme forgetfulness

hey all,
Very fatigued and tired ,forget a lots lately.My fibro looks more like a CFS lately.

trying to take one day at a time.

vision playing games with me.(time to get eyes tested by opthamologist --they are expensive without insurance)

getting insurance quotes now a days.

I get easily distracted and confused and forget what i was doing.

can anxiety pills cause this condition .

just looking for support....thanks for hearing my rants smhair scool

Lack of sleep, anxiety and fibro is kind of a perfect storm for brain fog/forgetfulness.

I would try to manage all of these things to the best of your ability, and see if you have improvement in cognition.

Until then, make lists, set alarms...write things down on post-it notes and stick them where you'll see them....whatever it takes to help you get the things done that you need to do.

This also could be something to do with your medication changes...so try to be patient with that process as well.

I am extremely forgetful. My fiancé always points it out to me too which makes me have anxiety. I think its the meds because before I was taking medicine I was fine.
Panic Disorder & have a hard time tolerating antidepressants.

.25 of Alprazolam (I cut in half)
Currently trying liquid fluoxetine 1mg at a time.
