I'm actually pretty nervous and scared.

I've been experiencing some symptoms that make me feel as if my anxiety is actually spinning out of control again. However, based on observation and feeling, I don't think this is anxiety.

I'm experiencing a lot of light-headedness, dizziness/feeling faint, complete fatigue, exhaustion, headaches, neck aches, pounding heart, racing heart, irregular beats and therefore strange breathing sometimes with that. It is the same feeling I would get with a panic attack.

I have no reason to be nervous. I'm being treated for my anxiety now and it has worked. What is also happening however, is the last 4-5 times I've had my blood pressure taken, my systolic pressure is always elevated or high, while the diastole is normal. I did find that yes, "systolic heart failure" exists and I'm meeting quite a few of the symptoms. However, the symptoms do overlap with panic symptoms. When I got another high reading last week, I finally decided to book an appointment with my medical doctor.

I don't exactly have health anxiety, but I do have "medical procedure" anxiety. Don't even come at me with that needle for a blood test...nope nope and nope. I have a panic attack and faint. I know it's coming however. I haven't had a blood test in a long time (I hardly ever go to the doctor). I also have orders from my psychiatrist to go get my blood panel done before November, as they have to check my lithium levels and make sure it's not killing my organs.

I see the doc tomorrow after work. I am very nervous. I will deal with what comes however.

I don't do well with doctor's appointments/procedure either. However, I have not fainted with my last few blood tests...and I am sure you will do fine as well if that is needed. Ask to lie down, that will help. smile

I am confident that you are not experiencing anything other than normal BP spikes due to anxiety. As the old medical adage goes ..try not to imagine zebras when hearing hoof beats.

i'm not having a good week so far. i am very anxious about an upcoming move to move my stuff out of storage and into the garage here at my sister's house where i live. i just keep imagining troubles and problems. i am having a hard time making the arrangements for the move.

i'm also isolating but at least making plans to get out of that. today will probably be spent at home, but i'm hoping to find enough things to do, that i can make the day pleasant. i just wish i could get out of this anxiety mood about the move.
