Hope everyone is doing fine.I am not eating anything most of the day just drink 2 cups of water and that's it .Is it that my anxiety is worst or am bulimic (eating disorder)?
I do not feel too hungry but when i eat i try to eat very less also because gain weight quickly too.
So had a bad day and headaches because of switching sugars.
How do you manage your diet on being anxious.
I have so many problems and now one more added.Oh gosh>..
