HI ALL,
I am trying to compile a list of strange anxiety /panic symptoms you have or had but unaware in past or present.
Lets start with me-
THroat closure
Cannot speak
too much cough /swallowing troubles
tummy rumbling
dizziness
avoid going out-staying home for long periods of time .
Not going too far for walks
cannot travel

I am trying to recall and now I am educated to know my anxiety a bit more.

I was amazed at how unaware i was of physical symptoms of anxiety and stress.
I accept anxiety now and know a bit better .

knowledge is power to help us prevent or understand our condition. yeah devil smhair

Cilly,

Journaling your experiences is indeed a good way to have a better understanding of your challenges...and a record of how to deal with them!

I had had pretty much all of your listed symptoms a well...and will add the feeling of being faint/about to pass out and hyperventilation to the list.

It is always interesting to see what other's have experienced...and compare the similarities and differences. Thanks for the thread...it's been a while since we've done this.

Keep working on your recovery goals!
