So i am sure you guys have seen my posts on my depersonalization.
I was doing well coping, going to work and school again and ignoring DP and not giving into the symptoms.
but the past 2 days im doing bad again. Am i back to square one? or is this just a small hiccup??

This is going to be something where you will have to deal with it as it comes. If you're doing great for 3 days, then have a hiccup, that's normal. Strive to make most days out of the week good ones and if you have a set back, identify if there was something about that day that may have set you off. Maybe that way you can establish a pattern and see if there are specific triggers in the day that are creating this DP feeling for you.
Diagnosed With: Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder
Treatment: Lithium Carbonate ER (450 mg), Sertraline (100 mg)
