I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety and some confusing symptoms currently.
It can ne really hard to determine what is anxiety causing us to feel si unwell...
...or whether it could be a physical issue that we need to address.
A good approach is to get a screening to rule out any illness/healthissue...
...and then to start an anxiety management plan if it is determined that this is this cause of what you are feeling.
