Diaphragm/rib pain

I have recently had pain in my ribs that started 2 days after a work out it went away buy came buck under my right rib yesterday after sneezing should I be concerned it is pretty painful when I breath in or stretch a certain way?

You may have just pulled a muscle. The thoracic muscles can be pretty brutal to pull...with a lot of pain, especially when breathing like you mention.

Give it a couple of days, and I'm sure you'll be on the mend soon.

I agree with SC sounds like you have pulled a thoracic muscle which can take a while to heal.

I try not to worry about the future -- so I take each day just one anxiety attack at a time.


Diagnosed with:- Asperger's Syndrome, Dyslexia, GAD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, OCD, Depression and Scheuermann's Disease (Adult)

Medications:- 60mg Prozac, Olanzapine 12.5mg, Dihydrocodeine 180mg per day
