Hi, I'm Rich. I'm having an OK week. Today I am off to the dentist to get an adjustment on my denture. I hope this goes well. I have anxiety he is going to say "i can't do anything". Denture is loose. Usually these appointments go fine.
Today I am facing/wondering how to get more done in my life. I am semi-retired (meaning I will go back to work in August, part-time). Anyway, I have this thing where I will only leave the house once a day for an errand, sometimes two, but I put off activities that I need to address, because of anxiety. This includes having my computer looked at, and getting my cell phone questions answered.
I go to a weekly meeting for my bipolar, I really enjoy that, it allows me to get current and also listen to what problems other people have dealing with their bipolar. It is an important part of me getting support.
I also have one good friend I text with on an almost daily basis. We share what is going on with us. I feel I can tell her almost anything and get good feedback.
So, all in all, a pretty good week so far.
