A/D's that are safe for pregnancy and prescribed by your OBGYN have not been known to cause any issues with babies in utero...
...and like you said, it is often a case of weighing the risks. Untreated depression is very dangerous...and therefore you and your doctor made the wise choice to keep yours managed.
As far as the panic attack. I have never heard of one causing any lasting ill effects to a mother or gestating baby...so you can put that burden of 'what if' away.
