I too am sorry to hear about
your current struggles with the frustrating symptoms you describe.
Have you dealt with anxiety issues in the past, or is this the first time with this kind of experience?
It is good news that you have been given a clean bill of health and that your test revealed all is normal from a neurological standpoint...
...so perhaps looking to seek relief through anxiety management and maybe looking into some massage/stretching/yoga for release of tension in the upper body could make a big difference in how you feel.
