As you progress in your recovery, you will have less episodes of panic. You'll start to notice that you are feeling well for longer stretches, then the majority of the time....and finally the attacks will become few and far between, or even a non-issue for you!
You are working toward your recovery in many key areas, so know that you are laying the foundation for a great turn around. Keep up the great work...and stay positive.
