hi, my name is Rich.

i am having the worst anxiety this morning. i'm not sure exactly what is going on. i know i am moving out of my comfort zone by going to the doctor this afternoon. it will mean quite a bit of driving because i have this fear of freeways. otherwise it is foggy, drizzing and chilly this morning. that always gets me in a funky mood.

thanks for listening.

Hi Rich

Sorry to hear you are having a tough morning.

Going to see the doctor always gives me bad anxiety to and I like to use Mindfulness to help reduce my anxiety levels. We have some good links in our resources section so take a look and hopefully you will have a better afternoon.

I try not to worry about the future -- so I take each day just one anxiety attack at a time.

Hi OG,

Sending you encouragement! I know exactly how you feel...as going to the doctor is a huge trigger of mine as well.

However, I know that you will do very well. You are reaching out, and no doubt using your coping mechanisms that I know for a fact you are strong in.

I am sorry that you are facing these unpleasant feelings ATM...but you will soon be on your way home feeling better and more capable in your managament skills!

Hugs and high fives friend!

Hi Rich,

I understand the feeling. Every time I need to do anything different than my normal routine I get a lot more anxious. If a doctor is involved, even worst.

Hopefully, you were able to relax a little and made it there already. Best of luck!
