I too am sorry that the need to be back has presented itself...though always glad to hear from old friends...and happy that you know you always have support here!
So things have been challenging with illnesses? It has been an absolutely awful cold/flu season this year...and of course this kicks up the health anxiety.
Do your best to stay off of Google. Even though we think otherwise...it never brings us comfort, only more worries/questions.
When is your next doctor's appointment? Perhaps you can get the reassurance you need regarding your health...as well as an opportunity to talk about
your anxiety management plan.
Of course you know I am going to recommend continuing with, or reinstating your coping skills...so be sure to see our Resources, as we have likely added some good material since you were here last.
Keep posting too...support is key and we are here to encourage you when you need it.
