If you are looking to avoid using an Rx again...then therapy and/or self help are going to be your best tools for anxiety management.
Have you tried either thus far?
You can ask your doctor for a refrral to a therapist...and you can check out great self help material in our Resources at the top of the main forum page here to get started right away.
