So having random challenging days is not unusual, which is why it's important to have as many tools at your disposal as possible. When your meds are not fully covering the anxiety/symptoms...that's when you can really draw on your therapy/self help skills.
Also, like I said, you have had a lot of changes in a short amount of time, so it is just going to be a little rough as you increase...until your system adjusts and you reach therapeutic levels of your Rx.
Hang in there and stay as positive and optimistic as you can.
